Self-titled were responsible for creating the Notel brand. From naming and visual identity through to website design and development. Self-titled also consulted on architecture and art installation.
Edwards Moore are an award winning, Melbourne based architecture and interior design practice working on everything from private houses to temporary pavilions and large scale city planning projects.
Edwards Moore have created our unique interior design scheme. Taking cues from the space-age Airstream design they were inspired by late 1970’s science-fiction films such as Logans Run and 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Working within an expanded contemporary field, through painting, performance, sculpture, video and intervention, Melbourne artist Ash Keating is best known for his large scale outdoor murals created with paint filled fire extinguishers.
Ash has created the huge site specific external mural at Notel as well as several other smaller interventions. Ash’s painting practice is as much about the performance and process of painting, the remaining piece a document of the performance.
Mitch Catlin runs Melbourne based marketing and brand agency, Catchy Media Marketing & Management and has worked in senior brand roles with companies such as Swisse Vitamins, Myer and Haystack Public Affairs in his more than 15 years the industry.
Mitch is our main event and media man for Notel! He’s been integral in garnering major media attention for Notel and working behind the scenes to help establish our brand partnerships. Moving forward Mitch will be responsible for staging many not-be-missed events on the Notel rooftop.
Ettitude is a Melbourne based, sustainable lifestyle label offering high quality, modern, minimalistic bedding and homewares. Created by Phoebe Yu in 2008, Ettitude is based on the belief that bedding should be healthy, good quality and affordable as we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed.
All Notel Airstream’s feature pure organic bamboo lyocell sheets, completely grown and produced without the use of harmful chemicals.
Ettitude also have a new Bamboo Charcoal Collection which is their original bamboo fabric blended with charcoal powder to help absorb odour and moisture, which we hope to be sporting in the new year!
Abey is a family-owned business, based in Melbourne for over 60 years. Abey offer the largest range of kitchen and basin taps and sinkware in Australia, including their own Gareth Ashton collection as well as exclusive European collections.
Elon Tamir heads up Studio Proper, a global product design and strategy firm in Melbourne which creates experience-centric products for clients worldwide.
The studio’s own brand is Proper – a range of premium cases, mounts and accessories for Apple iPhone, iPad and Watch. You can find their iPad mounts in each Notel Airstream.
Crown Posture Bedding is a family owned and operated business that has grown from very humble beginnings to become a national supplier to major bedding retailers.
Priding themselves on producing a quality product combining traditonal hand craftmanship with the latest innovation and technology, Crown’s mattresses are found in each Notel Airstream.
Sapphire Spas are more than just a ‘a box of hot water and bubbles’. For over 12 years they have manufactured world class spas right here in Melbourne.
The ‘Airstream with Benefits’ suite includes the flagship model MyTemption65Jet. It’s a world-first undercut told design and it’s sitting right on the deck overlooking Flinders Lane.
Aura by Tracie Ellis is a premier designer homeware brand founded in 2000. Striving for quality and elegance in everything they do, Aura has just a hint of Scandinavia, a dash of French couture, and a whole lot of Melbourne. Their name has become synonymous with contemporary colour, natural fabrics and expressive patterns.
All Notel Airstream’s feature bedlinen, cushions, throws, towels and stoneware ceramics from Aura.
Notel is currently accepting expressions of interest from both corporate sponsors and also local producers and suppliers.
Notel is all about celebrating the local. Potential partners will need to be Melbourne based and at their top of their game.
